Account Deletion

You may close your Arcana Chamber account at any time. This page explains how to do it, what is erased, and what is retained.

Delete your account from within the app

Sign in and open Account → Settings → The Closing, then choose “Close my sanctuary” and confirm. The deletion takes effect immediately.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@arcanachamber.com from the address your account is registered under, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply.

What is erased

All readings, reflections, personal notes, and intentions; your profile (name, username, phone, avatar) and preferences; push notification subscriptions; and all active sessions on every device. Your email address is detached from the account and your password is invalidated. This cannot be undone.

What is retained

Records of purchases and payment transactions are kept in anonymized form only as long as financial and tax law requires. They are no longer connected to any personal profile.

Google Play purchases

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund Google Play purchases. Refunds for Play purchases are handled by Google under their refund policy.
